Mike is a senior architect whose award-winning designs have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor among colleagues and clients. With decades of experience as a Principal Architect and Lead Designer, he has developed a unique approach that centers on listening and integrating client priorities into solutions for even the most complex design and building programs. What distinguishes Mike's practice is his ability to skillfully synthesize technical expertise with deep understanding of stakeholder needs, creating designs that instill pride, fulfillment, and resilience in those who experience them. Ben brings 10 years of architectural experience to his role overseeing design implementation and leading teams of owner representatives, engineering consultants, and key personnel. He facilitates the transition from design to construction documents, participates in project meetings and presentations, and manages Construction Administration through submittal reviews, RFI responses, and construction progress monitoring. Currently pursuing his architectural license, Ben ensures project compliance and clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Israel brings over 20 years of innovative CAD design experience to his project management role, delivering quality and efficient designs across residential, commercial, and educational facilities. His expertise in producing practical design solutions, combined with his flexibility to adapt to evolving industry demands, enables him to successfully manage complex projects from conception through completion

Daniela Munoz brings a strong foundation in visual design, conceptual development, and sustainable architecture to her internship role. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, she specializes in creating compelling visual presentations and detailed architectural drawings. Her strengths in conceptual ideation, spatial design, and visual storytelling enable her to translate ideas into impactful design solutions that are both functional and contextually responsive. During her internship, Daniela looks forward to contributing her visual design expertise to collaborative projects, gaining experience in real-world workflows, and expanding her understanding of how design evolves from concept to construction within a professional architectural environment.

Kassandra A. Mora is an architectural intern at Lainez Architectural Firm and a student of Architectural and Visual Technology at South Texas College. She contributes to the firm’s design development, drafting, and visual presentation work, bringing a strong combination of creativity and technical skill. Kassandra is passionate about thoughtful, purpose-driven design and enjoys exploring how architecture influences the built environment.
